What is the Privacy Policy and what does it cover?

Your privacy is important to us. This privacy statement describes the personal data NetPrisma processes, how NetPrisma processes it, for what purposes and how we respect your privacy rights.

In addition to this Privacy Policy, we provide data and privacy information embedded

in our products and certain features that ask to use your personal data(if any). You can familiarize yourself with our privacy practices, accessible via the headings below, and contact us if you have questions.

What Kinds of Information Do We Collect

NetPrisma collects data from you, through our interactions with you and through our products. You provide some of this data directly, and we get some of it by collecting data about your interactions, use, and experiences with our products. The data we collect depends on the context of your interactions with NetPrisma and the choices you make, including your privacy settings and the products and features you use. We also obtain data about you from third parties.

You have choices when it comes to the technology you use and the data you share. When we ask you to provide personal data, you can decline. Many of our products require some personal data to provide you with a service. If you choose not to provide data -required to provide you with a product or feature, you cannot use that product or feature. Likewise, where we need to collect personal data by law or to enter into or carry out a contract with you, and you do not provide the data, we will not be able to enter into the contract; or if this relates to an existing product you are using, we may have to suspend or cancel it. We will notify you if this is the case at the time. Where providing the data is optional, and you choose not to share personal data, features like personalization that use such data will not work for you.

Personalise our products and make recommendations.

We also use the data to operate our business, which includes analysing our performance, meeting our legal obligations, developing our workforce and doing research.

We share your personal data with your consent or to complete any transaction or provide any product you have requested or authorized. With your explicit consent or at your request, we will share your personal information within the scope of your consent/request with specific third parties designated by you. To help us provide you with services described in this Privacy Policy, we may, where necessary, share your personal information with our third-party service providers and business partners. This includes our delivery service providers, data centers, data storage facilities, customer service providers and marketing service providers and other business partners.

We also share data with NetPrisma-controlled affiliates and subsidiaries; with vendors working on our behalf; when required by law or to respond to legal process; to protect our customers; to protect lives; to maintain the security of our products; and to protect the rights and property of NetPrisma and its customers.

Please note that, as defined under certain U.S. state data privacy laws, “sharing” also relates to providing personal data to third parties for personalised advertising purposes. Please see the U.S. State Data Privacy section below and our U.S. State Data Privacy Laws Notice for more information.

We do not sell any personal information to third parties. We may sometimes share your personal information with third parties in order to provide or improve our services, including offering services based on your requirements.

Where we store and process personal data

Personal data collected by NetPrisma may be stored and processed in your region, in the United States, and in any other jurisdiction where NetPrisma or its affiliates, subsidiaries, or service providers operate facilities.

If you have a question or complaint related to participation by NetPrisma in the data privacy policy, we encourage you to contact us via our web form. For any complaints related to the DPF Frameworks that NetPrisma cannot resolve directly, we have chosen to co-operate with the relevant EU Data Protection Authority, or a panel established by the European data protection authorities, for resolving disputes with EU individuals.

If you are a U.S. resident, we process your personal data in accordance with applicable U.S. state data privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). This section of our privacy statement contains information required by the CCPA and other U.S. state data privacy laws and supplements our privacy statement.

We retain personal information for such period as is necessary for the purposes for which the information is collected as described in this Privacy Policy or as required by applicable laws. After the purpose of collecting personal information is completed, or after we confirm your application for information deletion and account cancellation or after a product or service terminates its operation, we will stop retaining personal information and delete or anonymize it.

Your Privacy Rights at NetPrisma

At NetPrisma, we respect your ability to know, access, correct, transfer, restrict the processing of, and delete your personal data. We have provided these rights to our global customer base and if you choose to exercise these privacy rights, you have the right not to be treated in a discriminatory way nor to receive a lesser degree of service from Netprisma. Where you are requested to consent to the processing of your personal data by NetPrisma, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

Access your personal information Account information: If you want to access or edit your profile information in your account, update your password and more, you can access your information by visiting the settings after you log in to your account. For the personal information generated during your use of our products or services, if you need it, you can contact us.

Correct your personal information You have the right to request us to correct or supplement your personal information if you find that we have made mistakes in handling your personal information. You can make corrections or supplements by visiting the Personal Information Settings page or contacting us directly.
Delete your personal information In the following cases, you can contact us to request the deletion of your personal information. If our behaviors in handling personal information violate laws and regulations; If we collect and use personal information without your explicit consent; If our behaviors in handling personal information have seriously violated our agreement with you; If you do not need to use our products and services, and contact NetPrisma to cancel the account.; If you do not need our products or services permanently. If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will stop providing you with products or services and delete your personal information as required by the applicable laws.
Right to data portability The right to data portability requires us to provide you with your data and, where possible, to transmit it directly to the data controller. If you need, you can contact us.
Cancel account The account cancellation is permanent. Please operate with caution. If you need, you can delete/cancel your account. If you need our assistance in canceling your account, you can contact us.
Withdraw consent As far as our processing is based on a consent you may withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on the consent before its withdrawal. To exercise this right you can contact us.

Transfer of Personal Data Between Countries

NetPrisma products and offerings connect you to the world. To make that possible, your personal data may be transferred to or accessed by entities around the world, including NetPrisma-affiliated companies, to perform processing activities such as those described in this Privacy Policy in connection with your use of our products and services. NetPrisma complies with laws on the transfer of personal data between countries to help ensure your data is protected, wherever it may be.

Children and Personal Data

NetPrisma understands the importance of safeguarding the personal data of children, which we consider to be an individual under the age of 13 or the equivalent age as specified by law in your jurisdiction. That is why NetPrisma has implemented additional processes and protections to help keep children’s personal data safe.

To access certain NetPrisma services, a child must have a child NetPrisma ID. A child NetPrisma ID may be created by the parent or, in the case of a Managed NetPrisma ID, by the child’s educational institution.

Parents. To create a child account, parents must review the Family Privacy Disclosure for Children, which describes how NetPrisma handles children’s personal data. If they agree, the parent must provide NetPrisma with a verifiable parental consent.

If we learn that a child’s personal data was collected without appropriate authorization, it will be deleted as soon as possible. To exercise privacy rights for your child’s information, visit the NetPrisma Data and Privacy page at privacy.NetPrisma.com and sign in to their account.

You can also ask us questions about how to submit a privacy complaint and we will endeavor to help.

NetPrisma takes your privacy questions seriously. A dedicated team reviews your inquiry to determine how best to respond to your question or concern, including those inquiries received in response to an access or download request. In most cases, all substantive contacts receive a response within seven days. In other cases, we may require additional information or let you know that we need more time to respond.

To ensure security, you may need to provide a written request or otherwise proving your identity. Generally, we will reply within 15 days. Given the complexity and number of requirements, this period may be extended for an additional 45 days if necessary. In the case of delay in providing information, we will notify the personal information subject of the circumstances and the reason for the delay. If the time limit set in this paragraph conflicts with the law of your location, the law of the place where you are located shall prevail. If you disagree with our behaviors in handling your personal information, you may submit a mediation request or other claim to your local data protection regulator.

You may at any time — including if you are not satisfied with NetPrisma’s response — refer your complaint to the applicable regulator. If you ask us, we will endeavor to provide you with information about relevant complaint avenues which may be applicable to your circumstances. When there is a material change to this Privacy Policy, we’ll post a notice on this website at least a week in advance of doing so and contact you directly about the change if we have your data on file.
